Statement as of 6:46 am AKDT on June 19, 2013 ... More record temperatures for Valdez... On tuesady June 18 the weather servise office in Valdez recorded a new record high of 82 degrees. This is the third day in a row that a new record high has been reached... including the all time record of 90 reached on 17 June. The June 18 record for the highest low temperature was also set at 56 degrees... the old record was 53 from 1981. |
