southwest Alabama for long duration of low relative humidity
below 25 percent...

* humidity... dropping below 25 percent for a long duration.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that dangerous fire weather conditions are
either occurring now... or likely will occur. A combination of low

growth potential.
