afternoon to 3 am PST Tuesday.

* Waves and surf: northwesterly swell of 12 to 14 feet with
breakers to 17 feet.

* Timing: through 3 am Tuesday morning.

currents and possible sneaker waves. Steeper beaches...

A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area... producing rip currents and localized beach
