High Surf Advisory


... High surf advisory remains in effect until 10 am PST Sunday...

* surf... surf will range from 8 to 10 feet and occasionally 12
feet through this evening. The surf will subside overnight. The
largest surf will occur along exposed west to northwest facing
beaches.

* Impacts: strong rip currents will exist in the vicinity of the
large breaker and ocean activities will be potentially dangerous
for anyone.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area... producing rip currents and localized beach
erosion.
