High Surf Advisory


... High surf advisory remains in effect until 10 am PST Sunday...

* surf... surf will range from 6 to 10 feet with Max sets 10 to
12 feet through this evening... subsiding to 6 to 8 feet
with sets to 10 feet Sunday morning. The largest surf will be
on exposed west to northwest facing beaches.

* Impacts: large surf creates a high risk of rip currents and a
risk of sneaker waves. Ocean activities will be potentially
dangerous for anyone.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area... producing rip currents and localized beach
erosion.
