Keys through the remainder of this morning... the decrease through
the afternoon. The peak in winds is expected to occur shortly after
sunrise.

* Winds... winds will be sustained at 25 to 30 mph with frequent gusts
35 to 40 mph.

* Impacts... motorists should exercise caution while driving in the
Wind Advisory area. Remain alert to sudden gusts which may cause
difficulty in maintaining control of your vehicle. Winds will be
particularly strong and gusty on our high bridges.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph... or
