* temperature... low temperatures will be in the lower 20s
tonight. Sub-freezing temperatures are expected for 8 to 10
hours. Northwest winds of 5 to 10 mph will produce wind chills
in the teens Sunday morning. Low temperatures Sunday night
will be in the lower to mid 20s.

* Impacts... freezing temperatures will kill sensitive vegetation
that is not protected.
