* Until Sunday morning.
* At 10:00 am Friday the stage was 10.3 feet... and rising.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage this evening... and continue
rising to 13.5 feet Saturday. Fall below flood stage Sunday
morning.
* Impact... at 14 feet... water affects the lowest sections of Palo.
