... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 PM PST this
evening...

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 PM PST this
evening.

3 to 6 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Coeur D'Alene
area today. The heaviest accumulations are expected to fall at
elevations above 2000 feet impacting the higher terrain east of
Coeur D'Alene. The snow will taper off to scattered showers this
afternoon.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means significant amounts
of snow are expected or occurring. Snow accumulations will make
travel very hazardous or impossible.
