A combination of fresh snowcover on some roadways... as well as
refreezing of wet roads has led to pockets of slick conditions
this morning. Please exercise caution if you encounter these
types of conditions. Be especially aware of roads that appear to
be just wet... as you may actually be encountering black ice. Things
should improve as the morning wears on.
