... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening.

* Timing... light freezing drizzle will continue through the
afternoon hours before changing over to drizzle by evening.

* Total snow and ice accumulations... light freezing drizzle mixed
with light snow may produce a thin glaze of ice prior to
temperatures rising above freezing this afternoon.

* Winds... south winds of 10 to 20 mph with gusts around 25 mph.

* Impacts... light freezing drizzle will bring a glaze of ice over
exposed surfaces and make for slick spots on roadways as well.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Wintry precipitation is forecast to accumulate in the affected
areas causing hazardous driving conditions. Those with travel
plans are advised to choose an alternate Route... or should use
extreme caution if travel is unavoidable.
