A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am EST Thursday.
This warning includes northwest and north central Massachusetts.
Colder air has moved south across eastern Massachusetts from southern
New Hampshire. Any leftover areas of freezing rain should transition
to snow showers after midnight. While another area of precipitation
will cross southern New England after midnight... the heaviest
precipitation will be farther to the southeast. However... light snow
could accumulate an additional inch through dawn.
Icing may cause some wires or tree limbs to fall to the ground.
Be very cautious if venturing outside and plan on extra time to
reach your destination.
