... Coastal Flood Advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to
1 am EDT Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued a coastal
Flood Advisory... which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to
1 am EDT Sunday.

* Coastal flooding... minor splashover expected.

* Timing... around the time of high tide late this evening. The
next high tide is at 1140 PM at Bar Harbor and 1153 PM at
Eastport.

* Impacts... minor coastal flooding is possible. Some splashover
is likely... especially at the seawall Road.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
