Winter Storm Warning


... Winter Storm Warning now in effect until noon EST today...

The Winter Storm Warning is now in effect until noon EST today.

Steady snow will taper to scattered snow showers this afternoon.
Expect additional snow accumulation around an inch with a storm
total of 6 to 9 inches.

This storm will have a low impact on the warning area. Snowfall
across the region will fall at light to occasionally moderate
rates for an extended period of time. The long duration of this
storm will result in significant accumulations. However... light
winds and snowfall rates of generally less than one inch per hour
will result in only minor travel difficulties.
