... Frost advisory remains in effect until 8 am EDT this morning...

Hazardous weather...

* pockets of temperatures in the 30s early this morning where
   patchy frost will form.

* The coldest readings will be across central lower Michigan
   where readings will drop to around the freezing mark yet this
   morning.

Impacts...

* gardens and Flowers that have already been planted will be
   susceptible to a frost early this morning if left unprotected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

* a frost advisory is issued when frost is expected to develop
   during the growing season. Those with agricultural interests
   in the advised area are advised to protect tender vegetation.
   Also... potted plants normally left outdoors should be
   covered or brought inside away from the cold.
