The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of east central Minnesota and north central
Minnesota... including the following areas... in east central
Minnesota... Crow Wing... northern Aitkin and southern Aitkin.
In north central Minnesota... northern Cass and southern Cass.

* Through Sunday afternoon

* any additional heavy rains falling on already saturated ground
could lead to local flash flooding along rivers... streams...
and other poorly drained areas.

* Low lying areas... ditches and roads... will also be vulnerable
to flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
