Special Statement

... Increased fire danger threat today...

Gusty northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with some stronger gusts
will combine with rising temperatures and very dry air to produce
an elevated fire weather threat today. Afternoon relative
humidities are expected to fall into the lower 20s. The dry
air... gusty winds... and dry fine fuels will enhance the potential
for the spread of wildfire.

Please contact your local burn permitting authority if you desire
to conduct an open fire today. If open fires are allowed... please
use extreme caution since fires can quickly spread and become
uncontrollable under the current conditions.
