* At 3:15 am Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast... flood stage may be reached Thursday night.
* At 10.0 feet... flooding at this level affects farmland, but
no major cities or roads.
