Thursday.

* Area and timing... this includes the west central and northeast
Highlands... the middle Rio Grande Valley and the Sandia and
Manzano Mountains and adjacent High Plains Thursday afternoon
and early evening.

* 20 foot winds... southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts between 35
and 45 mph. Strongest speeds will favor the high country with
lighter flows found within the Rio Grande Valley.

* Relative humidity... minimum values between 4 to 11 pct.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
