... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 11 am MST this
morning...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow remains in effect until 11
am MST this morning.

* Snow accumulations... total of 3 to 6 inches below 7500 feet and
6 to 10 inches above 7500 feet... with locally higher amounts on
higher peaks and ridge tops.

* Timing... snow will continue to decrease in coverage and
intensity through the late morning.

* Winds... no widespread significant winds are expected.

* Snow levels... temperatures cold enough for snow at all
locations.

* Local impacts... snow packed roads... reduced visibilities... and
treacherous travel conditions can be expected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow
are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
emergency. If you must travel... keep an extra flashlight... food...
and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
