... Lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect until 6 am EST
Monday...

* locations... Yates and Chenango counties in central New York.

* Hazards... lake effect snow... and some blowing snow.

* Accumulations... additional accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.

* Timing... lake effect snow will continue into this evening then
diminish overnight.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Impacts... snow covered and slippery roads... and quick changes
in visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A lake effect Snow Advisory Means Lake effect snow is forecast
that will make travel difficult in some areas. Lake effect snow
showers typically align themselves in bands and will likely be
intense enough to drop several inches in localized areas. Use
caution when traveling.
