Special Weather Statement

... Unseasonably warm temperatures to continue through the Holiday
weekend...

A strong high pressure system is building into the Ohio Valley
this weekend. This will bring the first heat wave of the
year to the region... with near record temperatures possible on
Sunday. Highs will warm into the middle 90s for Sunday afternoon.
Highs on Monday will generally be in the lower 90s. The warm
temperatures will combine with the humidity to produce heat
indices in the mid 90s each afternoon.

Those planning to spend time outdoors this weekend should take
extra care to avoid sunburn and dehydration.
