Winter Weather Advisory

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 PM Friday to
noon EST Saturday...

* locations... southern Ohio... southeast Indiana... and northern
Kentucky

* hazard types... accumulating snow... with reduced visibilities.

* Accumulations... 1 to 2 inches of snow... some localized amounts
up to 3 inches.

* Timing... precipitation will develop early Friday afternoon...
possibly starting as a rain/snow mix... becoming all snow by
late afternoon and early evening. Snow will then continue into
Saturday morning.

* Impacts... travel difficulties are expected due to reduced
visibilities and snow accumulations. Roads may also become
slick Friday night... when temperatures quickly drop below
freezing.

* Winds... winds will increase Friday night out of the northwest
at 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Remember... a Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods
of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for
snow covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution
while driving.
