the Winter Storm Warning and it is now in effect until midnight CDT
tonight...

Sequoyah... Pushmataha... Choctaw... Craig... Pittsburg... Ottawa...
McIntosh... Muskogee... Le Flore... Latimer and Haskell. In
Arkansas... Washington... Madison... Crawford... Benton...
Sebastian... Carroll and Franklin.
Hazardous weather...
* periods of light snow and sleet continue across far eastern
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The heaviest precipitation
band extends from central Le Flore County northeast into
eastern Carroll County. The snow and sleet will continue to
transition to rain through the evening hours as temperatures
warm above freezing. All precipitation is expected to come to
an end later tonight.
* Less than one inch of additional snow and sleet accumulation is
expected this afternoon... with little to no additional
accumulation expected this evening.
Impacts...
* travel conditions continue to be very hazardous or impossible
across portions of the warned area. Power outages have
occurred... and additional outages remain possible.
