* At 9 PM Thursday... the stage was 16.9 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible as the river approaches flood stage
around 11 PM Friday.
* At 19.0 feet... flood waters will affect swamplands adjacent to the
river.
