Special Statement

... Increased fire danger this afternoon...

Occasional gusty wind of 15 to 20 mph and low relative
humidities will combine to elevate the threat for wildfires
this afternoon.

Relative humidity values will drop to around 20 percent... and
sustained winds around 10 mph with occasional gusts near 20
mph... will be common this afternoon.

This evening... winds will subside and the relative humidities will
rise... making conditions less threatening.

People are discouraged from doing any outdoor burning this
afternoon... as any fires could spread quickly. Report any
wildfires immediately by calling 911. Also call law enforcement if
you see any suspicious activities... that could lead to a fire.
