Winter Weather Advisory

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight EST
tonight...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight EST
tonight.

Numerous snow showers will continue across the area until
midnight... then taper off to flurries toward daybreak. Total
snowfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected with accumulations up to 5
inches possible in the higher elevations above 2500 feet. As of 3
PM... snowfall has varied from a dusting to 3 inches across the
higher elevations. Snow showers may reduce visibilities to one-
quarter mile or less at times... so drive with caution.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow are
expected or occurring... but accumulations are expected to be
light. Driving and walking may be difficult on untreated roadways
and sidewalks. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. If you must travel... slow down and allow extra time
to reach your destination.
