Cloudy. Widespread snow and rain in the morning...then numerous rain showers and snow showers in the afternoon. Areas of blowing snow through the day. Windy. Snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Storm total accumulations of 7 to 10 inches. Snow level 1500 feet increasing to 2500 feet in the afternoon. Highs 36 to 45. Wind becoming west 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 40 mph. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.

Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow showers and rain showers in the evening...then a slight chance of snow showers overnight. Snow level 2500 feet in the evening. Lows 24 to 29. West wind 10 to 20 mph and gusty decreasing to 5 to 10 mph overnight. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST
Sunday.

Total snow fall over the central Washington Cascade east slopes
is expected to reach 5 to 10 inches with heaviest accumulations
expected from Cle Elum westward along Interstate 90 and from
Rimrock Lake westward along Highway 12.

Accumulations of 5 to 7 inches is expected along the southern
Washington Cascade east slopes mainly above 2000 feet and west of
the Klickitat river.

Most of this snow will accumulate tonight and continue through
Sunday afternoon. Additionally... sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph
with gusts up to 35 mph at pass levels will result in areas of
blowing snow with local visibility reductions down to one-
quarter mile of less at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow is issued
when sustained winds or frequent gusts to 35 mph are expected
with falling and or blowing and drifting snow. Visibilities may
become poor at times. Those venturing outdoors should exercise
