* Flood stage is 12.0 feet and flood flow is 8200 cfs.
* Forecast... this river crested at 15.9 ft at 4 am Thursday. This
river is expected to fall below flood stage by 2 am Friday and
continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 12.0 feet... expect some flooding of roads along and
near the Grays River... including roadway approaches to the Altoona
bridge over the Grays... and portions of Covered Bridge Road...
Barr-durrah Road... and loop Road in the vicinity of Rosburg and Hwy
4.

the Cowlitz river at Kelso
* until 3 PM Friday.
* At 10 PM Thursday the stage was... 22.1 feet... and falling.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.5 feet.
* Forecast... this river crested at 24.2 ft at 9 am Thursday. This
river is expected to fall below flood stage around 9 am Friday and
continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 21.5 ft... flooding of several low lying and secondary
roads begins... including the Cowlitz gardens neighborhood... along
with flooding of pasture and lowland upstream of Kelso.

the Cowlitz river at Castle Rock
* until 6 am Friday.
* At 8 PM Thursday the stage was... 49.4 feet / 76700 cfs... and
falling.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 48.0 feet and flood flow is 65000 cfs.
* Forecast... this river crested at 54.5 ft at 8 am Thursday. This
river is expected to fall below flood stage around midnight tonight
and continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact... above 51 feet... flooding of buildings and residential areas
begins... especially west of the river along Highway 411 and around
Four Corners. Also expect widespread flooding of low-lying
agricultural land.
