... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this
afternoon...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this
afternoon.

2 to 4 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Spokane area
mainly this morning... with further snow showers expected this
afternoon. The heaviest accumulations will fall above 2000 feet
impacting the West Plains... upper portions of the South
Hill... and locations near Mica Peak.

2 to 4 inches with locally 5 inches of snow is expected to fall
over the northeast corner of Washington through the afternoon.
This snow will impact the towns of Colville... chewelan... Metaline
Falls... and Northport. The surrounding mountains will receive 5 to
8 inches of snow.

The snow will taper off by early Sunday evening.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
