* heavy rains falling on already saturated ground could lead to
local flash flooding along rivers... streams... and other poorly
drained areas.

* Low lying areas... ditches and roads... will also be vulnerable
to flooding.

This Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that
lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous
situation.

damaging winds and hail... was located east of the Twin Cities
Metro... or about 90 miles southwest of Hayward Wisconsin.

At the current speed and track... this line of storms move into the
areas of Siren... Spooner... and winter in northwest Wisconsin around
600 PM.
