The British Isles will continue to see scattered showers due to a low pressure system moving through the region. Temperatures are expected to become slightly warmer on Thursday. London will continue to see showers and reach a high of 71(F)/ 22(C).

To the north, a low pressure system over Scandinavia will bring scattered showers throughout the day. Southern Sweden will see the heaviest of these showers. Temperatures for this region will be cooler, as Stockholm will see a high of 60(F)/ 16(C).

In mainland Europe, countries along the west coast will continue to see showers on Thursday. A front extending from northern France into Latvia is expected to bring scattered showers and overcast conditions to these countries for much of the day. Showers are expected to clear out by late Thursday evening. Paris will be partly cloudy and reach a temperature high of 75(F)/ 24(C).

Central and eastern Europe will continue to remain dry as high pressure continues to keep showers away from these regions. Temperatures will be slightly cooler as the ridge of high pressure over the region pushes westward into eastern Russia. Moscow is expected to remain warm and will reach a high of 77(F)/ 25(C).

To the south, the Mediterranean will remain hot and will see fair conditions on Thursday. Rome will reach 93(F)/ 34(C).
